Shipping and Delivery
Hey there, thanks for checking in with our shipping details!
You're savvy, and we like it.
You might be used to shipping timeframes being 2 - 5 working days, and boy do we wish we were able to get back to guaranteeing that but you know … COVID.
We're pretty bummed you may not be getting our products as quickly as you’d like but the team is definitely grinding just as hard as ever ... if not harder.
But you know, borders are constantly being opened and closed, our stock is taking a bit longer to arrive, there are ever changing restrictions on how we operate.
Then on top of that, there’s just how bloody awesome you all are at continuing to support our business through these crazy times, keeping us busy.
Our orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days from order payment. Generally if an order is placed before 12PM, then we’ll do our best to ship it the same day. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email or phone.
Standard shipping is offered Australia-wide and can take between 1-14 business days, faster via courier or Australia Post depending on your location. If you need your order quickly, select express if available for your location.
If you live ‘in the sticks’ then we probably don’t need to tell you but shipping can take a few extra days (or weeks, right Alice Springs?!) to non-metro locations.

Please remember to include a phone number and any special instructions regarding delivery.
With our courier deliveries, we usually require a signature on delivery, if you would rather just give the Authority to Leave, please let us know.
If you need your order by a particular date, let us know and we’ll do our absolute best to get it to you on time!

Shipping is via our carriers and completely out of our control… shipping and delivery times are dictated by them… Please use the tracking number provided when you need an update on your package location and status.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers, including returns. There is a restocking fee of 15% for returned goods. Items have to be returned unopened and in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase and to be eligible for a potential refund.
