Ink and Consumables:

Purchased items must be returned unopened within 14 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee applies. Shipping is non-refundable.

Equipment and Parts:

All sales are final. No refunds / No returns. Issues will be repaired under the terms of the warranty agreement.

Important Note: Print heads do not come with any warranty.
