I'm trying to get a hold of someone at Chase Home Finance that deals with problems.? I'm trying to solidify my loan w/Chase Home Finance but they farm out the jobs to third world countries (Philippines). I'm always put on hold or the call is disconnected. I cannot get a hold of anyone that can help in the US and it's getting really frustrating. Can someone provide an email address, of Chase Home Finance folks (professionals hopefully), that I can talk to or someone who can actually look into or solve my pay-off problem?
Can Chase home finance take my home? For a long time I had superior credit but due to severe health problems I fell behind and could no longer afford to keep up with my payments, I sent what I could consistently. However, I just recently had an award issued against me in favor of Chase credit card company. I know that Texas law states that Unsecured creditors cannot force me to sell my home for unsecured credit card debt the exception being home equity loans, contractor liens or loans for home improvement. My problem is that I also had a credit card with chase. (never used it for anything concerning my house )Could they find some loophole and force me to sell my home since my credit card was with them and they are my mortgage company? Anyone been in a similar situation? By the way the award(judgment) is for the credit card only not my house.
Is anyone else getting the run around from Chase Home Finance in regards to the MHA program? Last July, I contacted Chase Home Finance and asked if I could apply for the Obama plan to keep my home out of foreclosure. I had gone thru a nasty divorce 3 years earlier, laid off from my job and took one with a massive pay cut, and was unable to afford the almost $1000/month mortgage. I was only bringing home $1424 a month and trying to raise three teenage daughters with no financial support from their father. *The loan was taken out when I was married.* Now, at the start of the trial payments, I was on workman's comp as well and explained that to them. They wanted a copy of my divorce decree and a letter about the WC. I faxed that to them ASAP. I then began my trial payments and didn't miss a single one and was on time. In January, I received the "final" paperwork which I signed immediately and sent in with all requested documentation. I fulfilled every request that was listed in the modification request. When I didn't hear back from them, I called and they told me my paperwork was incomplete because my ex husband didn't sign the paperwork. I explained to them AGAIN I was divorced and even in their own contract it clearly states he doesn't have to sign it since he didn't get the house in the divorce. I pointed out the section and subsection of this information in their OWN CONTRACT. After me calling repeatedly, I finally get a call back saying they need a copy of my divorce decree for a THIRD time along with a quit claim deed signed by my ex husband. I gathered the documentation and faxed it in again. I then spent the next three months calling and asking "What do I need to send in as a payment?"..."We can't take a payment from you. There is a stop on your account because they are reviewing your information." I even asked "Are you going to try and charge me late charges or declare me delinquent even though I keep trying to pay you?"..."No ma'am. There is a stop on your account. There is nothing you and I can do." I then receive a letter from them on June 7th, 2010, that my modification was denied because I "requested a withdraw from consideration" or "failed to accept the Trial Period Plan or Home Affordable Modification within the required time period". When I called Chase, they said I hadn't made a payment since Sept. of 2009 and that I owed them over $10,000 including late charges. When I asked why the modification had been denied, they informed me that it was because my ex husband refused to sign thus nullifying the application. WHAT? ARE YOU SERIOUS???? I then explained everything that has happened since July of 2009 and broke down crying. I've never been more frustrated and more upset. How many hoops can one jump thru trying to fix a situation and only getting the run around? Anyone else with this problem?
Will opening a Chase Banking account be a bad decision after having a home foreclosed by Chase? Hi - My home was foreclosed this year by Chase Home Loan Finance. The auction was in October. Recently I've been needing to change my checking account to another bank, and from looking in my area Chase bank has many convenient locations for me. However, I'm extremely worried as I wonder if they can try to grab my money from the chase checking account to pay for any funds that they lost due to the sale of the home they financed. Any advice?
Chase/Wamu home finance. is trying to scam us out of our home because we have equity. Anyone else out there? We were denied for a modification because and to quote "equity of the property exceeds program guidelines", In other words because we didn't take out our equity and over leverage our home they WANT to foreclose on us because they will likely make back what we borrowed. Oh and slammed us with $14K in unexplained fees! If there is anyone else out there with a similar problem post to the question and email so we can be heard and look for a course of action together instead of being isolated and divided like the bank wants us to be!
Chace Home Finance Modificaton.? Hi, Has anyone received a approval for a loan modificaton from Chase Home Finance? I applied for one and was told by a Chase rep that I was approved but she could not give me any of the details and said I had to wait for paper work to arrive in the mail. I am just anxious and wondering what I am actually approved for. I know it probably depends on loan by loan basis. I have read alot about people applying for modification but I have not been able to find anything about someone acutally getting a modification approved and am curious if it has been worth all this time and effort. thanks
is there an org. to help you solve problems with your morgtage company, living the real chase nightmare.? chase has lost my western union payments, sent them the cashed statements from western union chase tells me oh that is western unions problem even though it was cashed by chase home finance. chase placed the insurance because my home owners insurance sent the a statement that lein holder was now chase insted of bank one (chase bought out bank one) my home owners was never lapsed again my insurance sent them a statment stating my insurance was never lapsed. they refuse to remove there insurance, if i do not pay chase the extra 400.00 per month they will fore close. i can't never talk to the same person twice they won't give you any information, the have over 2000.00 of my money in suspence not escrow but suspence and refuse to return it. it seems they do this to a certain class of people because they know we can't afford a retainer for an attonery and they know we will go with out before we give up our homes, is that how chase got to be #1 by ripping off the customers
What does 'Escrow Disbursement Account in Trust' mean? My mom just received a check from Chase Home Finance, and it only says : Chase Home Finance LLC Escrow Dibursement Account in Trust For Various Mortgagors We dont know if we are supposed to cash it or what. Does someone know what it is?? Thanks! It does not come with a letter or anything explaining, that is what the check says.
I need someone to answer my mortgage question? Hi. My husband just got laid off today with no hope of call back. I am freaking. I need to know if anyone knows the number for Chase home finance. Not the 800 number on your statement but the number where I can talk to someone about what to do about not being able to pay right now. Thanks.
Why is it so difficult to pay off our mortgage loan with Chase Bank? My husband and I sold a piece of land that we owned for $60000.00, almost the exact amount we still owe on our house mortgage. I thought that we would just take the check, bring it to Chase Bank, and that they would be happy to have their money and pay off our home. However, I was shocked to learn that I first had to have an actual "Faxed payoff quote" (even though I knew the exact amount owed), and that I had to pay $30.00 to have this paper faxed to me. Then, we have to go to our bank and bring this faxed form and the check and have them wire it to Chase (our bank has to hold the check for three days though, for their assurance that the funds are there, which they are). Now, you would think that if money is wired that it would get to the Chase account that same day. HOWEVER, we still have to send in extra interest money b/c it doesn't go directly to the mortgage department, so it may take days for it to get to the right department. THEN, Chase said that after they process the mortgage payoff, we are charged another $30.00 to have them send it to our parish courthouse. THEN, the courthouse is supposed to cancel the lien and send that form back to Chase, and FINALLY, Chase is supposed to send the form back to us so that we can show our homeowners insurance company that we paid off our mortgage. The process of receiving the final proof of the payoff, according to Chase cust. service could take between 4 weeks to six months. My question is, WHY IS CHASE MORTGAGE/CHASE HOME FINANCE MAKING IT SO DIFFICULT FOR US TO GIVE THEM THEIR MONEY? During the ongoing recession you would think that these mortgage companies would be glad to have their loans paid in full. I'm actually dumbfounded about this whole situation. Has anyone else ever been in this situation? Chase also gave us problems after Hurricane Gustav (our homeowners insurance company was wonderful), but sometimes I feel like I'm beating my head against (Chase's) brick wall! Thomas B. - WOW! That was a wonderful way to put it. Instead of feeling sorry for myself I should just be happy that we're able to pay our house note off much earlier than most people are. Thank you so much for making the glass seem "half-full" rather than "half-empty!" :)
Is it possible to do a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure on a HELOC? My primary mortgage is with Chase; my home equity loan is with Countrywide. I am in default and trying to sell the house before the foreclosure happens but I don't know if it will happen. Today Countrywide told me that you can't do a deed-in-lieu on a HELOC but I am skeptical. I don't want to call Chase Home Finance and ask because they have been abusive and rude to me every time I've spoken with them.
Will these banks approve a short sale? I have Chase home finance for a first mortgage(80%) and a second with GMAC mortgage(20%). Have any of you had experience of doing a short sale with them. Will they approve it?
My home was foreclosed on and I bank with Chase. Help!? My home was financed through Chase bank and it was foreclosed on at the beginning of this year. I haven't received any documentation since. Last month, I opened a checking account with Chase and I noticed that it still has the home as a seperate account, but I owe no balance. I've heard of banks coming after you for the amount owed after they sell your home at an auction. Do you think this is a resolved matter and I can move on with my life, or do you think they'll come after me in the future?
I want to know if this is true i just talked to a friend who said ? she tried to call her chase home finance and wanted to defer a payment and they told her they dont do that for anyone anymore. Is that true are they getting that mean to people. She said the lady was really rude and said she should make her home her first priority .Sure sounds like they mean business in a hard way. What do you think???

How to get a credit card (Chase) to reverse finance charges because of their error? I am set-up for Chase to e-mail me 7 days before a bill is due. I've been a customer for over 15 years without problems. Last month, they didn't notify me and that caused me to pay late when I suddenly realized that I hadn't paid a bill in 5-6 weeks. They assessed a finance charge of $90 (based on a whopping 28% interest rate). They (agent and supervisor) are stubborn and refuse to reverse even part of the charge. I carefully searched my email and spam folder and there is nothing there so I know I am right and not just making excuses. What can I do to get the finance charge reversed? Having an alert is really bad because it gives you a false sense of security. From now on, I will put it on automatic auto-pay AND mark the calender and check myself. The only thing I can think of is to write a letter to the CEO since the supervisor is stubborn. However, the CEO will probably ignore the letter and sent to customer service. If I mailed it to the CEO's home, there's a small chance he'd read it. Suggestions? (I know how to write a complaint letter-make it simple, to the point, and state what I request). Another thing I could do is to cancel the credit card and use another bank. That's what I probably do in addition to possibly writing a letter.
Can I reschedule a foreclosure hearing date? I have a foreclosure hearing schedule to 2/19/09. I would like to keep my home I called Chase Home Finance (Mortgage Company) many times spoke in the home owners dept. and requested a loan modification or any other kind of help they could give me so I can keep my home. I would like to know from you if there is a way I can request to reschedule my court date for a later date in order to gain more time to solve this problem with my bank ? and how long i can postpone ? Thanks I appreciate your help! and How should I ask? what should I put in the request ?
Mortgage interest charged when you make "EARLY" large pricipal payment? I will try to use realistic numbers related to above question. I had first mortgage on my primary residence with balance of over $120,000 in early 2009. The mortgage was a first with 15 year and 5.25% interest. Regular monthly payment was $2,210. I started to make additional $10,000 'principle' payment from 1/1/2009. My rationale was to get credit for this amount from the day bank put it on their books. Sometimes it was 20 or 15 or 10 days earliar than monthly due date. The question is why bank would charge interest based on last months balance? They did not explain why, but just kept replying that it is the bank policy. If you make large payments you would not get credit for lower principle to calcualte monthly interest. This went on for 2 -3 months with me hoping it would be resolved in my favor. Than, somewhere in March-April I had principle balance of $75,000. And again I paid that amount 20 days ealiar and asked for reduced interest. AGAIN, I was charged for balance of over $77,000 for whole month. Can someone explain if I can fight this further when the Chase Home Finance is not explaining anything than saying it is their policy. Now, I have taken out an line of credit from Bank of America for $75,000 with current rate of 2.99% per year. I keep paying additionaql premium every month on diffrent dates amounting to almoswt $10,000 towards the principle. I DO GET FULL CREDIT BY EACH DAY OF REDUCED INTEREST ON THIS LINE OF CREDIT. Why I get credit from B of A while Chase does not explain??? What agency can I contact for California residence loan from Chase???
can i claim my house on my taxes? My husband and I purchased our home almost 5 years ago and not once have I claimed it on my taxes. Every time we filed H & R block said (without looking at the paper from our morage company) that we have not lived there long enough to gain enough interest. My morage company is Chase home finance which is a big morage company.I dont know if I should go else were or if there is any way I can find out if im able to claim my house. This is our first house so we have no clue about what deductions we have or how much we have so i've just been going off what they said.We have two kids also so I dont know if that makes a difference, and my husband has been in the Navy for almost 17 years. Thank you
why are companies allowed to support gay agenda but not traditional marriage ? tim hortons? tim hortons pulls out of US event against gay marriage it is a marriage day celebration. pepsi, the home depot, frito lay have sponsored gay parades. ikea, Volvo, IBM, Citigroup, Chase Home Finance, Prudential Financial, Mitchell Gold and Bob Williams Furniture, Olivia travel, Hotels.com, American Airlines, Washington Mutual support the gay rights movement openly. Kodak, Subaru, Saab, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, the Hartford Insurance Company, Starbucks, Avis, Ben & Jerry's, virtually every motion picture company, including the Walt Disney Company and Paramount, beer companies Budweiser, Miller, Coors and Molson promote the gay agenda. but when a company wants to support a traditional marriage event (it is always labelled anti gay even if the event doesn't spew hatred just celebrates traditional marriage) they are slandered by the media.
Stolen 104k: how to handle it? My aunt designated herself power of attorney over my grandfather while he was still married to my grandma. (she sort of went behind her back to do it) He has MS, and a little bit of dimensia. He was deemed incompetent 2 weeks after "signing" over power of attorney (go figure, AND she had her FRIEND notarize the document) Basically she took 100k of his money and paid off her house with it. (she states its in the will somehow and we will find out someday) Problem is, HES STILL ALIVE. She took that money and didnt invest it in the best interest of my grandfather or grandmother. Isnt there ANY way she can be prosecuted for this? She deserves it. I know she was power of attorney, and that the power of attorney laws are not the greatest, but she should not have been allowed to invest in HER best interest. We are in the state of FL Can anyone recommed what I can do? Shes a social worker and deserves to lose her license for this kind of practice. i have a money order carbon copy off of my grandfathers account that was for $104,000.00 made payable to "chase home finance " and in the subject line it says "Edward POA Mortgage Satisfy" Report Abuse
Libs, are you embarrassed by the amount of corporate welfare by Democrats? From Thomas Edsall of the Huffington Post. No matter what else he achieves or where he falls short, Barack Obama can lay claim to the title of King of Corporate Subsidies. Using any of a variety of measures, the Obama administration has broken all records in the distribution of taxpayer dollars to American businesses, primarily banks, automobile manufacturers and insurance companies. The tidal wave of dollar bills has stunned folks on all sides of the political spectrum. David Arkush, director of Ralph Nader's Public Citizen's Congress Watch, told the Huffington Post, "In the form they have taken to date, the bailouts appear to be classic corporate welfare: As best we can tell, the government is giving astonishing amounts of money to private corporations and demanding far too little in return." "Forget corporate welfare," said Leslie Paige, media director of Citizens Against Government Waste, in an email to the Huffington Post: "We are now seeing full-scale corporate adoption." While conservative critics of traditional welfare payments to single mothers have bitterly complained about the flow of federal money to the "undeserving poor," the checks, loan guarantees and other subsidies flying out the door of the Treasury, Federal Reserve and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation dwarf the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program -- a.k.a welfare for poor people -- which, by the standards of AIG and Citicorp, get chump change: $23.2 billion this year. The new Corporate Welfare - including the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP); the Public-Private Investment Program (PPIP); FDIC Temporary Liquidity Guarantees (TLG); the Targeted Investment Program (TIP); the Term Asset-Backed Securities Lending Facility (TALF) etc., etc. -- goes to corporations that are principal players in the financial practices that contributed to the worst economic downturn since the Great Depression. These corporations include -- but are by no means limited to -- Bank of America, Citigroup, Wells Fargo, AIG, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Sun Trust, State Street, U.S. Bancorp, PNC Financial Services, Capital One Financial Corp, American Express, Chase Home Finance, Countrywide, and GMAC Mortgage.
Should I refinance my mortgage interest rate? Should I refinance my interest rate on my home mortgage? Should I refinance? My Chase mortgage interest rate is 6.5 fixed.

Contacted by the Recovery Dept. at Chase Financing? What options do I have when discussing my situation with Chase. I have a HELOC loan and I'm currently short selling my house. Chase is going to be contacting me on Wed. of next week to discuss what will happen next. Do you know if they are going to sue me for full amt. of the 2nd loan on my home?
This question is for "Corporate America"... do you enjoy what you do for a living? I work at JPMORGAN CHASE in the Home Finance industry. For the most part I like my job. I have a great management team and co-workers. However, I do not LOVE what I do. I go to work everyday because I HAVE to earn a paycheck to support my son and myself. I am a single mother and would much rather be at home raising my child, but obviously that is not an option. I am just curious if there is anyone out there that really LOVES what they do for a living and what it is that you do. If you do love your job, and given the opportunity would you stay at home and raise your children, or would you still continue to work if you did not HAVE to?
Isn't it disgusting that the police raided the mayor of one town's home and killed his dogs? http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/07/30/AR2008073003299_pf.html Police Raid Berwyn Heights Mayor's Home, Kill His 2 Dogs By Aaron C. Davis Washington Post Staff Writer Thursday, July 31, 2008; B01 A police SWAT team raided the home of the mayor in the Prince George's County town of Berwyn Heights on Tuesday, shooting and killing his two dogs, after he brought in a 32-pound package of marijuana that had been delivered to his doorstep, police said. Mayor Cheye Calvo was not arrested in the raid, which was carried out about 7 p.m. by the Sheriff's Office SWAT team and county police narcotics officers. Prince George's police spokesman Henry Tippett said yesterday that all the residents of the house -- Calvo, his wife and his mother-in-law -- are "persons of interest" in the case. The package was addressed to Calvo's wife, Trinity Tomsic, said law enforcement officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the case is ongoing. Tippett said police are working to determine for whom the drugs were meant. Calvo said yesterday that he did not know how the drugs wound up on his doorstep. He works part time as the mayor and serves as director of expansion for the SEED Foundation, a well-known national nonprofit group that runs urban public boarding schools. "My government blew through my doors and killed my dogs," Calvo said. "They thought we were drug dealers, and we were treated as such. I don't think they really ever considered that we weren't." Calvo described a chaotic scene, in which he -- wearing only underwear and socks -- and his mother-in-law were handcuffed and interrogated for hours. They were surrounded by the dogs' carcasses and pools of the dogs' blood, Calvo said. Spokesmen for the Sheriff's Office and Prince George's police expressed regret yesterday that the mayor's dogs were killed. But they defended the way the raid was carried out, saying it was proper for a case involving such a large amount of drugs. Sgt. Mario Ellis, a Sheriff's Office spokesman, said the deputies who entered Calvo's home "apparently felt threatened" by the dogs. "We're not in the habit of going to homes and shooting peoples' dogs," Ellis said. "If we were, there would be a lot more dead dogs around the county." Calvo, 37, has been mayor of the 3,000-person town near College Park since 2004. His wife is a finance officer for the state, he said. The investigation that led police to their house in the 8500 block of Edmonston Road began in Arizona, officials said. There, a police dog at a shipping facility identified the package as being filled with marijuana. Prince George's officers posed as deliverymen and brought it to Calvo's home. Calvo said he came home early from work Tuesday. While walking the dogs, Calvo said, he noticed several black sport-utility vehicles and a woman parked in a car down the street. "I figured someone was having a party," he recalled. It was the police. They were watching, waiting for someone to bring the package into the house. As Calvo returned to the house, he said, he spotted the large package that his mother-in-law had told a deliveryman to leave on the porch. He placed it on a buffet table near the front door and went upstairs to change. "I brought it inside because I figured it was something we'd gotten for the garden," he said. Moments later, just after he had undressed, Calvo said, he heard his mother-in-law scream that someone was coming toward the house. He looked out his bedroom window and saw officers in SWAT gear running across the lawn. "I heard a loud crash and then 'bang, bang, bang,' " he said, recalling the sounds of the police shooting the dogs. "I hit the floor." As the police came in, Calvo said, they shot his 7-year-old black Labrador retriever, Payton, near the front door and then his 4-year-old dog, Chase, also a black Lab, as the dog ran into a back room. Walking through his house yesterday, Calvo pointed out a bullet hole in the drywall where the younger dog had been shot. "I understand they have a job to do, but it didn't have to go like that," Calvo said. He said the police could have knocked on his door and asked him about the package. "I've never done drugs in my life. Anyone who knows me knows that I am so adamantly opposed to them." Police said yesterday that, when they seized the package during the raid, it was unopened. Berwyn Heights Police Chief Patrick Murphy said county police and the Sheriff's Office had not notified his department of the raid. He said town police could have conducted the search without a SWAT team. "You can't tell me the chief of police of a municipality wouldn't have been able to knock on the door of the mayor of that municipality, gain his confidence and enter the residence," Murphy said. "It would not have been a necessity to shoot and kill this man's dogs."
Deed of Lieu in Florida with Chase? My husband and I re-financed our home back in June 07. We both had very good jobs. Well I dont have a job and his pay is less now. We can not afford our mortgage or taxes. Loan: 3yrs of interest only with a prepayment penalty with no escrow. After 3 yrs principal is added, jumps house payment, Sent a letter to Chase, respond come current on taxes and insurance send us $3000.00 and we will escrow. So we are thinking about the deed in lieu, we both have extremely good credit, still paying mortgae but taxes are due and the county doesnt want to help us. Could anyone give us any advice as to what they would do in this situation? Florida's market value has dropped alot. Pleas help
CHASE BANK HELOC (I'M CONSIDERING A ADJUSTABLE RAE MORTGAGE)? Hi, my current loan situation is the following I have a home loan at 6% fixed and a HELOC at 7.45%. The home loan is working well and I have $291,000 left to pay off while on the HELOC I have $74,955 and my monthly payment of $455 is all interest or finance charges its ridiculous. I talked to CHASE about an ARM adjustable rate mortgage and they said I could terminate my 7.45% HELOC and get an ARM at the prime rate which is 3.25%, I'd have to pay a $250 early lock termination fee. I need some help what would you do the HELOC is for 30 years with the maturity date being 2016 what does that mean? If I were to take the ARM my monthly payments would be around $190 dollars and I think anything I pay above is deducted from my principal. WOULD YOU KEEP THE FIXED HELOC RATE AT 7.45% OR THE 3.25% ARM CONSIDERING THE PRIME RATE IS REAL LOW, DO YOU THINK THE PRIME RATE WILL EVER REACH AS HIGH AS 7.45%. I HAVE HAD THE HELOC FOR ABOUT 2 AND A HALF YEARS AND THE PAYMENT IS MOSTLY ALL INTEREST WHICH I HATE BECAUSE IT'LL TAKE FOREVER TO PAYOFF AND I COULD BENEFIT WITH A LOWER MONTHLY PAYMENT, SORRY FOR WRITING A LOT, YOUR ANSWERS AND INSIGHT WOULD BE APPRECIATED THANKS

He is a government contactor so makes good money but when the contract stopped the money dried up quickly. His credit score however is absolutely no help, in the 500's. My FICO scores are 691 Equifax, 726 Experion, and 686 Trans Union. Problem is I only gross 33K or so a year. We applied online for a refi to payoff bills but were told my husband is no help on the loan because of his FICO scores. With the DTI I am at 90% so I cannot get approved to refi. The home is worth about $165,000. We have about $60,000 in Credit Card Bills and Loans we want to pay off. Can anyone out there give us an idea of how to refi, payoff the debt and get a loan. What about going FHA with my husband as the co-x since he has the low FICO but has very good income to lower the DTI ratio? He makes about $70,000 per year and it will be Federal Taxes tax-free as he will be working overseas for a year. We really need some professional advice.
What can I do to recoup my money from Chase Bank? After injured my back, I tried to reduce my expense and have a little emergency money on the side for unexpected expenses by refinance my mortgage. Chase was the mortgage holder and refered me to their finance group in Ohio. The loan officer Mathew... quoted 4.5% but when I received the GFE, it was 4.75%, I asked him why and he said that it was the APR. I refered him to my family and friend members. My sister asked him to to confirm the 4.75% rate is the APR in writing, he did not do that so she told me. I called him, he was evading and when I told him to cancel the loan application he told me I had to pay the $750 loan application even when Chase had not sent me any documents. Recently I just discovered that Chase use my money in the impound acct to pay for a full year inflated price home onwer insurance policy to one of their affiliated insurance company. Even their employee was disgusted enough to disclose the info to me.
Who is a boutique mortgage lender? Hi, I keep hearing the word boutique mortgage lender. I am looking to finance a home loan. Who are these boutique mortgage lenders? What are their charecteristics? Will they give you a lower rate than the big banks (like Chase, Bank of America etc) if you are a low risk investment (ie you have good credit)?
Denied auto loan through chase? I recently went to a toyota dealer ship and purchased a 2004 nissan 350z with 80000 miles. They were asking 17500 and I got them down to 16000. The car is for my grandsons fiance so she went 2nd on the loan. We were approved through citi financial so she took the car home and drove it for about 3 days. On the third day they wanted proof of income so I gave them our proof of income and then citi financial called me and asked who would be the primary driver. I told them brooke was and they asked me who brooke was? I was confused because her middle name is brooke and thats what she goes by so they denied the loan because they thought that brooke was an outside driver who was not on the loan. So they called it a straw purchase and did not give us the loan. The dealership told us the only way to get the car now (which weve had for almost a week) is to go to a local bank and take out a loan. So I applied at Chase bank and was denied. I have a 7 something credit score and she has a 650. I make the income but she only makes 1200 a month and is a full time student (thats why I was cosigning) If im denied an auto loan through chase will I be denied through bank of america? Or is there a bank that will finance me now? We have to figure something out or she will have to give the car back tomorrow.
Need information about Capital Trust Resource Finance and what not to do? Capital Trust Resource Finance is possibly a scam and if you are thinking about accepting a loan with this company BE AWARE. Firstly, when they send you the loan docs, the docs do not resemble legal docs you receive from a trusted bank or financial institution; I know this because this would not have been my first loan. Second of all, the "Representative" that sends the docs via email sends from her hotmail email account! Any business that has a 20 year history will have internal email. Thirdly, The national BBB and Washington, DC BBB have NOTHING on CTRF. Any legitimate, publicly traded financial institution should have information about the company on their website that includes the names of the top executives, and other upper-level management and something relating to one or more of the following terms: "Financial Portfolio" or "Financial Statements" or "MD&A" which stands for Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Operating Results and Financial Position. Although it is not unheard of for a lender to request a premium payment up front prior to approving the loan; CTRF does not seem like a legitimate company you can trust sending you're money to. My husband and I have spoken with a Loan Officer from Countrywide Home Loans, a Financial Advisor from Wells Fargo Bank and a Personal Banker from Chase Bank and all three financial institutions had never heard of CTRF and the recommendation was be cautious because it sounds really scary. My advice to every one: Do your research before accepting any sort of loan or sending any money to a company you have little info. about, ask questions, contact the BBB and TRUST YOU'RE GUT FEELING! My next course of action is to contact the Washington, DC BBB and request an investigation on CTRF. We have to get these lying ba*tard* shut down!
I was late on my credit card payments for three straight months. How much will that affect my credit score? My credit score was 750 before this happened and I have not checked it since the late payments which were Mar,Apr,May of this year. My wife was handling the finances and payed a $50 minumum payment every month instead of looking to see if the minumum payment had raised which it did of course. I called Chase(credit card co.)and they said all three got reported to the credit burea. Anyone have any ideas on how to get them to remove the late payments? Then how bad will my credit be messed up and is there anything I could do know to affect my position? The good thing is I own a home, have not been late on my morgage, car payments or anything else. Help!!!
How can I hide an item on my bank statement? It's my wife's birthday in a while and I want to order something online for her, but I'm afraid that she will see the bank statement (since she handles the finances) with the website name that I got it from and that will give it away. Anything I can do to prevent this? I can't take it from the mail because I'm not at home during the day, and I can't tell her not to look at the bank statement because she will definitely look at it. Oh also, I have Chase if that helps.
Home loan modification? I can't make my current house payment as Beneficial Finance had promised a lower interest rate if I made my payments on time for the 1st 6 mos of my loan. Current rate is 12% and the promise was to cut it to 7.5%. This came from the salesmen and office manager. I originally didn't want to deal with them but they pressured claiming my current ARM with Chase was going to hit 15% in the next 6 mos. I turned them down at first then they hit me with they worked so hard to get this special program for me and it had already cost them several hundred dollars. They then promised the 7.5% rate after the 1st 6 mos. When it came time for that they said, they never said any such thing. I don't have it in writing. I can't afford this payment. I am retired and on a fixed income. Help! Hind site is 20/20. I need comments on what to do next to save my house!
My 30-year fixed rate home loan payments went from $1,400 to $1,700 per month !!? My loan was sold to chase and now they have raised my monthly payments over $300 per month! (They actually raised it twice.) For years, I paid just $1,400 a month. Now my total mortgage cost is almost 1700 a month! I have a 30-year fixed rate loan (not ARM). They claim the increase is due to underestimating last years taxes, etc. I do not understand finance in enough detail to audit my loan. Who can I ask for help in evaluating my mortgage situation ?? I don't think the two increases were correct or fair. It seems excessive to me. Thanks for any help!
Why are we wasting time in Afg. why not increase security at home? We are always being told that our soldiers of NATO are in Afg so that our countries in the West can be safe, so that we wouldnt have to face the Taliban in our own country like 9-11 or 7-7. I mean thats what the politicans say isnt it? But i mean where are we going to go next to chase these fundamendalists? Are we going to spend our whole life time playing hide and seek with these people in Afg, Somalia and other backwater Islamic countrys. So instead why dont we curb all immigration from Islamic countries full stop and instead barcode all the Islamic people living in our country and keep our eyes on them all the time. e.g what they do with their money, which charity they finance, where they go on holiday, who they meet etc.. Each time they get on a plane do 50 checks on them, (longer then normal people) I mean my point is why not spend time beefing up the security in our own country and cutting out all the immigration from these Islamic countrys? I mean in England the police in 2005 arrested Somalian men who tried to destroy trains in London. I mean if we hadnt allowed them to enter this country surely that wouldnt have happened would it. My question is why dont we withdraw from Afg and Iraq before blowing a massive whole in their country and let them live in caves and sandy huts while we in the West boost up our country and turn it into a fort and enjoy the budweiser, bikini clad girls, mtv, hot blond girls like Jessica Simpson who they could never meet and those nice cool English autumnal rains. I mean we in North America or Britain dont need Afg for trade do we? We've got India, China Japan. So why dont we cut off all financial help, medical help and educational help and completely seal ourselves off from the Islamic bloc countries. I mean we used to survive just fine when the Ottoman turks were at the doorsteps of Vienna before being turned back by Count Vladislav Dracula in 1492? And instead leave these people in their sandy countries and let them cling to their religion of beheadings, amputations and stoning why should we give a rats a55 huh, if they hate us so much then they dont have to immigrate over to our countries to become doctors do they??
How do you get over being chased away from your home in a foreign country and left with nothing upon returning? to your homeland. My husband went into a deep funk for two years. I even caught him kissing someone else. He got mad that I got mad about it. Since then he has made my life hell to the point that when I went to visit my dying father I took most of my belongings that I could carry on a plane (not much). Upon my return he told me that I longer had a home. His daughter who is 25 and has a 5 year old son took over my room and all my things. She physically fought me when I tried to visit my husband to reconcile. He took her side and lied to the police saying that I provoked her through emails. Some of "his" new friends said that is what I get for surfing the internet to find a husband. We are still married, almost 7 years. I returned to America from Australia with nothing. He thinks he is justified in kicking me out. It's my third marriage and I am going to seek psychiatric help to find out if I bipolar since I keep picking the wrong men. First marriage lasted 13 years and I had two children with him. He slept with anything that wore a skirt. After six years I married the second one. He left me on our first year anniversary party that my daughters gave us. He was a closet alcoholic and drug addict. Lost my house to bankruptcy because of him. Years later and an 18 month courtship I married an aussie who didn't work but wanted to use my money to buy things for his friends and children. I would consent to buying expensive dinners/nights out for his friends and send things to his children. Example he paid his son's rent when his son went to England. But when I decided to take over my own finances he got angry and accused me of insulting his family and friends. All his family and friends like me better except for his adult children because I wouldn't give in to them. Example they wanted my car. They wanted to move in with us with their girlfriends (varied) and boyfriends (latest). Had my husband running errands for his son's latest girlfriend. What's wrong with me? Can I recover from something like this? I spent two months in Australia living in rooming homes before I returned to America. I have no family in Australia. If it wasn't for my friends I would have been lost.
Can I be harassed like this illegally? I would really appreciate if someone could give me some advice or positive feedback on my situation. I have a relative who I have not seen in approximately 3 years. We reside in different states and are only cousins. We do speak on occasions but are not close. The relative financed a vehicle through Chase and has missed some payments. I was never listed as a reference or relative in the agreement. My relative has never known any of my addresses Ive had and I only been in contact with the relative through other relatives that reside in their state. Ive not lived in that state since 1995 and my last visit to the state was around 2005 year. My husband and I bought our first home in 2007. Prior to that we were both military and stayed in military housing. I started getting phone calls in Dec 08 from Chase Auto Finance about the relativ's vehicle. I explained to them that I dont know the relative address other than the city and state. I do not have any contact information for the relative other than a cell phone giving to me by another relative of ours. I even gave them the cell number and asked them not to call me again. I thought it was over but I was so wrong. Over the next 3 months Ive continued getting calls atleast 3 times a day every single day up until yesterday. I must also state that during all of this Ive sent 3 certified letters to the address that the collections agent gave me stating not to contact me please. I will not ignore any calls from them because its my phone and I have nothing to hide. Yesterday a repo man was sitting in my driveway blocking my garage. I asked him what he wanted and he at first was very rude. He said I had to give him the car. I said what car. He asked if I was the relative. I said no. I had neighbors outside as well because we going to bbq. I opened my garage for him because he said I had to legally, so I did and no car was in there. Ive never financed a vehicle before and dont know the law. He was very shocked that the vehicle wasnt actually there. Then he sad he was so sorry that I had being going through this and told me that he would personally call Chase about this matter. I asked the repo guy how they were getting my information and he stated that it looked like they were probably searching all of my cousin's relatives to find the vehicle. I received another phone call this morning at 8am from the same collections agent and once again asked her how did she get my information. She stated that a call was place from my home regarding the vehicle and they traced it. I said traced? and she said yes. I said that couldnt be true because I have my phone records and only 2 calls have been called to the Chase number and both calls were me calling back trying to explain this. She then stated it wasnt her problem and that they are going to keep calling me and coming to my house until the vehicle is found. Ive contacted the relative also through another relative and found out they had did this to 3 other family members in that state as well. Those relatives and me all shared the same last name at one point of time. How can I stop this? I dont have money in my budget for a lawyer at this time. Please help me someone because my husband and I are going crazy over this. Ive recorded all the calls since January and my husband and I have security cameras (for my child's safety) in the front of my home that recorded the entire incident. Sorry ,I meant can I be harassed like this legally. I reside in TX and the relative reside in TN This is my first time posting and Im sorry if I didnt post it right. Thank you all for any answers that you have contributed and I may just have to get an attorney. I was told by someone that this board would be very helpful.
What can I do if I bought a car with a manufacturer buyback branded title? I purchased a 2006 Pontiac G6 GT and was told it was bought at an auction and was originally turned in early from a lease...after signing all papers and getting it home, my mom realized one of the papers said the vehicle had a branded title. We did not know what this meant, so we went back to the dealership, THEN they explain that it was bought back by the lemon law and show me the history report. I know i was ripped off so can I do anything, even though i signed that one paper and its a year later? No dealership will take it as a trade now. ALSO.....they financed it thru Chase, who does not finance branded titles!!! that must be fraud, so if I tell chase, will they get the dealership to refund me??

will we be approved for refinancing our car? we financed a car with chase in 12/07 at 18% interest b/c we had bad credit now hubby's score is in low 600's mine middle 600's.he's borrower,i co-borrower,he works,i stay-at-home mom.we never missed a payment. the reason i'm asking is it likely we'll be approved is b/c nothing's changed in our situation but i now have more credit cards since then that i pay on time. i had only one then now i have 3 more all with low balances will that hurt our chances of being approved for refinancing? i now have citibank card (my oldest one)with limit of 2,000 and balance of 183.00 capital one limit 300.00 balance 91.00 sears mc limit 420.00 balance 118.00 one more limit 400.00 balance 94.00 i will pay off the sears one soon and never use it again for a while b/c interest rate too high capital one i'll do the same i made stupid mistakes by getting them cards. should i wait til i've paid them before trying to refinance? our monthly payments are only 207 most go to interest. tyia sorry i said i don't have any income,i meant job income but i do receive child support, which i know can not relied on to pay debt b/c anything can happen with that.
Is there a website or list of non foreclosure homes? Does my realtor have a nice handy list? I could really use such a list! I am pre qualified for an FHA approved home (not a bank owned, not as is, not foreclosure, not repo)... and not a lot of acres (shame really, I might like acres.). Also, I'm having a difficult time finding honest to goodness stick built or block homes in a rural area. All I can find are mobile homes that sell for $9,000 up to $69,900. I might consider a bargain mobile home (on acres) if I had financing. I would not like a $69,900 mobile home. who would? when I have the option to buy a house at the same price? can someone please, please, help me??! I need a house fast. I've been looking at houses forever. I had no idea that I needed FHA approval. It keeps getting more and more frustrating to find a house. I am in Michigan. Thank you so much for your help! I really need it! I'm busy mom chasing a toddler around all day while daddy is away! He's busy and can not help me look for a house (he says it's basically my choice, anyway, sweet, ,nice, huh? sorta, anyway : ) PS. I have $15,000 down, and not the best credit score, 609 , I believe. I was indeed pre approved for up to $65,000. Thank you everyone! Thank you!!! I have lived in mobile homes and I have lived in houses. I don't know what to do. If I choose a 1984 mobile home, it will need to be replaced when it is 30-40 yrs old. OK. yes, that's reasonable. But why buy another one? why bother? why not just get the $60,000 house in the first place? Will a new mobile home add to the cost of my bargain mobile home, add up to the $60,000 house in time? yes? or no? I'm so confused. I won't live but another 50 yrs anyway. Maybe the mobile home can last that long? By the time that happens, hopefully, my kids will already be in college or have bought a house of their own, they will not need the proceeds of my mobile home or house sale to benefit them.
okay, this is crap and has to be the most appalling english you people have seen but how many words is this? Do I stick to the subject enough or do I go on to much? Okay here it is, don't be too harsh on me about my sh it grammar and spelling stills Conflict I was on vacation, not a care in the world or thats what it should have been but with my crazy family that just isn't a possible reality. It was a big family trip with me, my sister Elaine, her boyfriend Matt, My sister Yvonne, her finance Steven, my nephew Leo, their son and my other two nephews Scott and cooper who live with me, my mum, dad, my big brother Alan and my little sister Rachel who of course where all on the holiday as well. Yeah that was a lot of us, and for there not to be one fight would be absorb but I never expected such a big strop and in the funny way it would come about. There was a lot of tension before we had even went on vacation, so yeah we were off to a flying start. It was the 22 of September, 2007, Saturday. The 6th day into the holiday. The day started out normal. We hanged around the villa for a while, waiting on Matt and my dad to come back from their daily golf morning that, they went on everyday because it was so cheap. About 70 dollars for 12 holes(35 pound). After they had came home, we had a discussion about what we would be doing for the day. We had already planed that we would be going to Old Town Kissimmee at night time(I know the names a cracker) and the plan was that me and Rachel would be going to laser quest(An arcade except bigger, better and owned by Disney) but me being stingsie with my money wasn't sure if I wanted to spend a heap load on an arcade. Right so we made plans that the rest of the family would be going shopping whilst we(me and Rachel) would be going to laser quest, that was if it suited my budget. The family got into the van and we drove to downtown Disney, where laser quest was located, We went to the ticket office to check out the prices. The tickets were $70, roughly 35 pounds. I thought to myself would I pay that much if I was at home and then I thought of course I wouldn't, but hey, this was my vacation and I needed to spend my money somehow. We made a plan that we would meet up at nine pm or that if we didn't want to go to old town Kissimmee we could phone them to pick us up later at closing time which was 12 pm Me and my sister spent nine blissful hours eating, gaming and getting refills of a large cup for a dollar (talk about the land of the free). The nine hours seemed more like 9 minutes,Me and Rachel could of easily spent an other 3 hours there but we opted against calling my folks to say we wanted to stay longer, thank god we did because if we never we would be waiting till 3am. Anyway when we came out it was strangely dark. We met my folks and went back to the van where the rest of the gang was. I could tell that it had been raining from the ground but nether less it was still warm. As me and Rachel got into the van we received warm welcome of screaming to hurry up. I remember Yvonne was the monist, grumpiest out of them all and I thought to myself how nice of you to ask if we had a good time? Anyway the mood lightened up when we got to old town Kissimmee, When we got there we looked at the sky coaster and joked about Matt and Elaine going on it. Matt was all up for it, but my sister Elaine wasn't having any of it. I was feeling really good and happy to be in the middle of all the banter The atmosphere was pretty exciting, old town was bustling with people and excitement having an good time, including us. The music was blasted enough to hear all the way up the street. We wondered around the shops that old town offered. I've got to say old town has to be one of the most unique places I had ever had the honor of visiting. Everyone has a good time, kids, teens, adults, old people, everyone or so thats what it seemed. We walked to a couple of shops, as I walked past the shops it was hard not to notice that they were different from any of the other shops I had ever been to, not only the fact that they were opened so late but also the fact that every shop had a theme to it. There were sweet shops, sixties shops, Betty Boob shops, pet shops and tons more crazy themed shops. The pet shop was the craziest and funniest out of them all. They had clothes for your pets! Me and Rachel laughed about getting our pets some clothes as a Christmas present. We decided against this act of cruelty . We spent two hours in old town wondering about the shops, having a good time until we went back to the car. My dad had somehow manged to lock the key in the car due to central locking To make matters worst my dad had started the car up. He had seen that my mum needed help with the buggy and therefor jumped out the car and as he did he heard a click as he shut the door. I felt like laughing in disbelief, that this could happen to us. Yvonne was moaning a great deal but then again she had a baby. I in my typical lazy fashion tried to block out my surroundings and turned on my Nintendo DS. Whilst I played Harry Potter I couldn't avoid the fact that we wee stranded in a different country. I wasn't really focused on the game and was thinking and laughing to myself. I thought , only this could happen to us. Steven and Matt went to the police station to see if they had a locksmith or anything that could break into the van. Whilst they were away my nephew Scott started to misbehave, only adding irritation to an already bad situation. When Steven and Matt came back, it was northing but bad news. The police could do northing to help us. The police had told Matt and Steven they couldn't break into the car because they would, then be braking the law by breaking into the car. My dad came up with the cootest ideas . He asked if anyone had anything straight like a ruler so that he could disconnect the lock. I thought, why would any of us be carrying a ruler? As the night grew on I began to wonder away with my sister to places that were still open. Going back to Elaine, Yvonne, and my mum who were all sitting with the kids, to cheek up on the latest news. I so far had heard that someone who had saw we needed help, had a brother who was a locksmith and had went to get him. That was hope but Steven started to grow paranoid and pointed out how a guy in his car had been sitting there for ages, we thought that he was waiting on us to get a taxi home, so that he could steal the car. Our paranoia and tiredness was growing by the second. I felt okay though and thought best to make something good out of a bad situation by buying myself and Ice cream cone. An hour had passed and we were still stranded, everything was beginning to close. We were all becoming rattie and argumentative with each other. The other thing was that the person who said that her brother was a locksmith had failed to return and that added to us that someone wanted to steal the van. The place that was once buzzing with excitement and laughter was now a ghost town full of paranoia and strain. There was a lot of tension between us and we were growing tired of the whole situation. The guys were probably the most fed up, and were moaning at us to get a taxi home with the children because the place was getting very quiet and the guy who Steven had pointed out earlier who had been in his car for ages was still in his car. We were scared that this guy was going to mug us. I was just beginning to fed up with the whole situation . Steven started to argue with my mother about Leo being in his bed because he would get moanie. To me Leo looked happy, if not the happiest out of us all. Steven had told my mother that if he freaking wanted his son home he wanted his son home, after she had politely told him, that she thought leo looked okay to her. I was really bugged off by Steven because I thought why should we go home when he won't? I mean Leo is his son. I thought if Steven wants leo in his bed. Why doesn't he just get a taxi home with Yvonne and leave us alone. However in an attempt to avoid further confrontation and being bugged by the taxi services, who had been asking if we wanted a taxi home all night, we decided to get a taxi home. But with my family things just don't go that plain and simple. When we had all settled in the taxi my dad had came rushing up to the taxi saying you can take him freaking home because I'm leaving him. I remember Steven coming up to the taxi door. I remember my mum telling him to get in the taxi. Steven didn't reply to this to kindly and shouted in a frustrated manner I'm not freaking coming in, to add effect he slammed the door and marched off. I began to feel a mix of fear for leo and embarrassment that the taxi driver was seeing us all in such a bad light. My sister Yvonne was hysterical by this time and was screaming to get out whist my mum was shouting go, Yvonne shouting back to the taxi driver don't you dare. I felt sorry for the taxi driver at the time being in such a situation. My mum angry with rage and tears told Yvonne that Steven had been northing but rude to her all night. You wonder why my sister replied with the same emotion as my mum. The taxi driver told Yvonne that Steven had to watch his temper or he would be in jail, Yvonne with tears rolling down her eyes replied I know that, but just let me out. Taking Leo with her she got out the taxi to go and find Steven. I remember feeling scared for leo and Yvonne. My instincts were screaming to chase after her. I confronted my thoughts with my sister, Rachel about not being in the mood to go home, she agreed with me but said that there was northing we could do about it or for that matter the situation. I nodded in agreement and acknowledged the fact that she was right in what she had said . As we were in the middle of the taxi journey, my dad phoned to say that they had finally got the car open and that they where on there way home and that Steven had calmed down and would be coming home too. The taxi had got lost on the way home, I was to stressed to care. When we finally got home we had arrived at the same time as the rest of the family had. Everything seemed to be back to normal. That was good, we could just sit down, calm down, go to bed and laugh about the whole thing tomorrow but unfortunately Steven being a drama king stormed off out of the villa. We decided it would be best to let him just go and calm down. We talked about all the fights we had ever been in and how some of them can just occur out of northing. We discussed how we would all laugh about this in the future, saying that someone would bring it up by saying , so does anyone remember the night dad locked the car. By the time we had stopped the discussion it was 4am. I went to bed feeling annoyed at dad and Steven, because such a good day had been spotlit by one persons actions, thats all it takes, one action, one person to wreck what would of probably been the best day of the vacation. The morning after I remember thinking “did I just dream it all?” Okay, if any of you have Microsoft office can you please paste what I have written and give me the amount of words, I don't have Microsoft office or any other Microsoft equipment but I'm sure some of you guys do and could do me one tiny favor of telling me how many words I've wrote Better subject? This is real life, if we were to write a fake story I would of had more blood shed. fair enough point about the grammar, it is sh it. I agree. Okay here is the task we were given, my teacher told us to write about a time when we had been in conflict. Thanks for telling me the amount of words, taking your time out to read it but I want to get it clear that I couldn't of picked a better situation, thats the worst conflict I've ever been in
Is it possible to be listed on the deed to a house, but not the loan? If so, what are the implications? In 2006, my aunt, stricken with breast cancer and near death, persuaded my father to have the deed to her townhouse transferred to both him and her daughter. I can not completely understand her rationale (or my fathers acceptance to do it), but I assume it was to somehow ensure that, after her death, her daughter will still have a place to live. However, my aunt was still financing the house, and because of the subprime ARM she had, she was largely paying interest and not building any equity in the house at that point. She passed away in August of that year, and her daughter went to live with her boyfriend's parents afterward. My father has been paying on the house each month ever since. My father does not live in the house -- nobody does. He has been straining to make the payments every month because he feels a responsibility to do something with the house, either sell it, or refinance and rent it out. The problem is, while he's been sending Chase bank a check every month, the home loan was never transferred to him and it does not show on his credit report. My fear is that, since he's not on the loan, his money has not built any equity for him and it'll be problematic pursuing any type of refinance. He's stubborn to foreclose or cut his ties to the house because he doesn't understand his options. My dad lives in an apartment with rent half the payment of the house. He has good credit and would've never financed a house the way my aunt did. However, he has been amassing a good deal of credit card debt because of the strain the mortgage put on him. If you're familiar with property law, is there any insight you could provide on this situation? I would really like to see this situation resolved somehow -- my dad has made great sacrifices for my brother and I and I was hoping that once we became financially independent, he'd be able to focus on himself for once. This great imposition on him threatens to leave him with uncontrollable debts.
Waiting for final auto approval...normal? Helping a friend buy a car and he is running into a situation I can't help with so thought I would ask here to see if others have had same issue. First, he has bad credit. Found dealer in our area and he worked out a deal with them for new car almost 2 weeks ago. He signs paperwork, puts down decent down payment and even agrees to the added on warranty package. He brought in one form of income verification and dropped off second day after picking up the car. Finance manager and salesperson tell us the deal is done and he has been approved. However, they are keeping paperwork including title and giving him dealer plates until the bank (Chase) does final checking of loan - they claim similar to underwriting process for home. Also told him he would get a phone call in a couple of days from lender to confirm information and verify his contact info. So, he drives off the lot with his new car, only some of the documents he signed and dealer plates. Almost 2 weeks later, no phone call and dealer keeps telling him everything is fine they are just waiting for the bank to fund. Others are telling him that bank actually turned down the loan and they are looking for another one but dealer says that is not the case. Should mention dealer has very good reputation in the area (I htink!) Anyone else have this situation? Thanks Thanks gotwheels.. - that is what I think too. He keeps calling the sales rep who keeps saying everything is fine (things just a little slow) but obviously it is not. He is going to owe insurance on new car next week (grace period is up) and I have suggested he talk to the bank directly before that but all I can do is suggest... Thanks again! BTW - there was no trade-in Thanks everyone... He actually got the call from the bank this afternoon. Everything is fine and payment book is in the mail.... Guess I should have listened/believed the dealer...
Can I go back to court? What are my chances of a favorable outcome? I have been divorced for just over a year. I have a 4 year old little girl and when her father and I separated I assumed the total mortgage payment. I work ft and he is self-employed. He was to continue to receive health care coverage through me, but he needed to pay to cover his cost of health care. Somehow it ended up in my decree as $50 but clearly states he is to pay his cost. It is actually $128/mth. I said I would take over the home equity payments after 1 year - 3 years ago he took a home equity loan to repay a home equity line. There was $20k unaccounted for, but I was advised I did not have the funds to chase this down. Long story short - he is not paying the full cost of his health insurance, only $50 (this covers only him - I did not ask for assistance in covering my daughter). Now I am due to take over the home equity and it has not been paid down at all. He has made payments, but they have only been the minimum finance charges. Finally, I have also learned that the child support worksheet was completed incorrectly and my lawyer did not account for the cost of child care. When you add that in, he is paying $220 less each month than the state guidelines. Any advise?
What's the big deal about credit cards? Why does everyone hate them? Sure, credit card companies can do a lot of immoral things to people, but it is mainly the consumers fault for failing to understand what they are getting themselves into. I love credit cards. This may sound absurd to most people. But I don't believe in buying anything in this day and age without being rewarded for it. I am 19 years old, started with a Secured Credit Card, then got my American Express Blue Cash, and now have a Chase Freedom MasterCard to use for everywhere that does not take my American Express. I pretty much abandoned my secured card but do not believe in closing credit cards. I have a credit score of 750, have a great savings and investment plan in which I am able to invest 40% of my paycheck, 5% in which is put into a 401k, and matched, the other 35% goes into my brokerage account, and I have saved up over $30,000 in investments, while working part time since I was 16, have never carried a credit card balance, go to school full time at UT Austin, have no loans, pay my phone bill, car insurance, gas, utilities, and am reimbursed for tuition through work. I also purchased my car on my credit card, and paid it off the same day and was able to earn a whopping amount of cash back. I just really dont understand why people hate them so much. I have been able to reap the benefits of a credit card. Thank you mr. american express blue, and mr chase freedom for letting me take advantage of you. People are stupid for ever financing anything. WHy is the concept of paying for things in full so hard to understand. THe only thing that should ever be financed, and only if it must, is a home. THeres no reason for anything else to be financed. I hope the world learns one day to be responsible for their actions, and instead of being dependent on everyone else, takes responsibility for their finances, and that way we can improve the growth of our economy, and improve our 0.3% gdp growth. oh yea, and to everyone that is scared to accept a credit card, and scared about inquiries. inform yourself. i will gladly accept any credit card that will raise my credit availability. inquiries only negatively hurt your credit for a few months. the long term effects of high credit availability with no debt will make my score soar. inform yourselves people. Anyways, Im just tired of hearing all the crap about people losing their homes and crying about it, people paying everything on credit and carrying the balance, people making stupid decisions and blaming it all on someone else. I mean seriously, yes its wrong and crooked for companies to do some things like subprime loans, but what kind of person that makes 60,000 takes out an ARM worth 600,000?????. It's ridiculous. Anyways, i just wanted to vent. thanks to whever reads this. and yes, everyone may not be in the same situation as me and save 40 percent of their check, but theres no reason that what should go into debt. but if a college kid that makes 9.50 an hour can do it, anyone can.
I have too much credit card debt but good credit, what should I do? Please help!? I've always paid my creditors on time, never late, I work in finance myself. However this year I went through a divorce and in the last year I've paid for gas, food, even child support with my credit cards and have paid for my car payment and mortgage plus other credit card bills with the income I make from work. In all I have about $30,000 in credit card debt...I own a home with negative equity...I just found out my property taxes went up so my mortgage payment is going up another $300...so now I'm at my ends in which I need to make a big decision on how to keep my home and make the mortgage + car payments + child support and whatever's left apply towards credit cards...I am asking for educated advice on what I should do? should I file for bankruptcy..should I call the two largest credit cards I have (citi & chase) and ask them if they can work out a settlement? should I do cccs? please help with some advice.
Obama's rhetoric soars, but what does his record suggest? Mon Jan 28, 12:22 AM ET USA TODAY Any presidential candidate who has never been president is, in former president Bill Clinton's dig at Sen. Barack Obama, a "roll of the dice." When voters consider a non-incumbent, they're working with frustratingly incomplete information — just as they did, for instance, when they picked Clinton for president in 1992 or George W. Bush in 2000. That seems particularly true of Obama, who vaulted back into strong contention for the Democratic nomination with his decisive victory Saturday in South Carolina's primary. Obama has been a national figure for little more than a year, and subject to high-intensity vetting for less time than that. By contrast, there's little voters don't know about Obama's chief rival, Sen. Hillary Clinton. Most of what voters do know about Obama involves style more than substance. He's a charismatic speaker who promises to change the nation's divisive and often dysfunctional politics. His youth and energy have drawn comparisons to John F. Kennedy, whose daughter, Caroline, endorsed him on Sunday and whose brother Ted is expected to do so today. Obama is the first African-American candidate with a real shot at the presidency, an inspirational possibility in a nation with a legacy of racial discrimination. But the presidency is obviously about more than inspiration. A week from tomorrow, voters in 22 more states have a major say in deciding whether Obama will be the Democratic nominee. USA TODAY doesn't endorse candidates, but this page often points out where we agree or disagree with them and raises questions we think voters should ask. In Obama's case, these include: As the candidate of "change," what changes does he want? Could he deliver them? Would he be the capable leader the nation needs to preside over wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, a turbulent economy at home and a looming budgetary tsunami? The record shows Obama to be a fairly doctrinaire liberal Democrat with a modest political r ésumé : eight years in the Illinois state senate and three as a U.S. senator. (Kennedy, by contrast, served 14 years in Congress before he was elected in 1960.) As with Hillary Clinton, his voting record gets very high marks from labor and liberal groups and very low grades from conservatives. Besides Obama's broader pledge to change the tone of political discourse, many of the big policy changes he says he would make if he became president are also similar to Clinton's priorities: bring troops home from Iraq; push for some form of universal health insurance; scale back Bush's tax cuts; and create a path to citizenship for illegal immigrants. Legislatively, Obama, a Harvard Law School graduate, has proved himself to be an adept lawmaker who can sometimes work across party lines to build the sort of bipartisan coalitions he promises to construct. In the Illinois Senate, he took the lead on a controversial proposal to require police to videotape interrogations and confessions, in order to prevent beatings and false admissions. He doggedly won over police, Republican colleagues and even the Democratic governor, who signed the bill into law after initially signaling he would not. Obama also played a lead role in bringing campaign-finance reform to the Illinois Legislature, helping to push through a significant disclosure rule and occasionally enduring derision and hostility from colleagues. During his relatively brief tenure in the U.S. Senate, Obama has played a key role in crafting new ethics rules that put tough restrictions on lobbyists' ability to shower favors on lawmakers and required senators to disclose influential people who "bundle" campaign contributions for them. On international affairs, while in Illinois, Obama wisely opposed the pre-emptive invasion of Iraq. But he has very little foreign policy experience, and rookie mistakes on the campaign trail suggest a potentially risky lack of sophistication at a time when that's indispensable. He seemed naive when he implied he'd meet with hostile foreign leaders without preconditions. He provoked needless controversy in Pakistan when he said he'd invade to chase terrorists if the Pakistanis did not. And he fumbled a question about whether it would be right to use nuclear weapons in Afghanistan or Pakistan, suggesting he didn't understand the subtle way in which presidents have to maintain ambiguity about nuclear warfare, no matter their real intentions. Another area of concern is executive ability, one reason that voters have historically given the White House nod to governors over senators. Obama has never run anything larger than his Senate office or his presidential campaign. His self-deprecating modesty about his management skills — "I'm not an operating officer" — raises a nagging doubt about how effectively he'd manage the executive branch of government, which has nearly 2 million employees. Presidents shouldn't be micromanagers — early in his tenure, Jimmy Carter famously monitored the schedule for the White House tennis court — but deploying the bureaucracy in support of their agenda is an essential skill for presidents. If Obama is his party's candidate, these and other questions will be chewed over endlessly in the many months until Election Day. But Super Tuesday, which could go a long way toward determining the Democratic nomination, is just eight days away. In that time, voters would do well to look beyond the unmistakable appeal of Obama's rhetoric and examine his record for clues as to what kind of president he would be.
anybody have any idea's for a hook/chorus? i wrote a bunch of lyrics (4 long verses) and i'm thinking of recording... i'll post the lyrics and show where i need the hook/ chorus... any ideas are welcome (hook) Early in the morning alarms ringing Singing is the first thing I hear Wake up and get ready for the day Clouds are Grey im left in dismay What a horrible day here in BK USA Go to work same old shit The world gives you nothing you have to take it On my way back I have the same old thoughts racing through my head Why don’t I quit, split and spit my rhymes Chase my dreams and try to get signed I’m so caught up in my thoughts That when the bus stops I forget to get off I go to far Its bizarre how it happens everyday Now I have to walk all this way I get time to think about my life… Maybe how I would have turned out if my father would have stayed I would be playing ball and getting paid But that didn’t happen, he left my life, and his wife without a good-bye I remember that day… all my mom did was cry…even a tear fell down my out of my eye I remember at school I always denied that my father left When someone would ask me I’d simply reply “he went on a business trip to Hawaii” Then I remember the day he died We got a letter and inside it said He was drunk driving in his ride When suddenly two cars collided… Then I decided that wouldn’t be my life I’d be there for my son all my life I’d do my best to provide for him all he needs I would make sure he follows his dreams Id give him the encourgement that he needs To succeed in society today in the US of A But them I remember what was good about my father How he taught me useful lessons in life Like how to hold my own in a fight He taught me if they don’t give respect you have to take it Nothing ever comes free in this society. We tried to drive him to hospital to save his life I couldn’t understand why God would take this man from his mothers hand I sat in the hospital until 3:05 that’s when the doctor brought the news that he had died My crew took an oath that we would find the man responsible And show him what he did to the this family of the man he killed But In my neighborhood you learn to forget and move on You never know if you’ll be the next one gone Now he lives with the devil in his soul Stalking him everywhere he goes But he made the choice when he chose to squeeze Now he is the one praying on his knees (chorus) yes i realize is is very long beat is the speed of immortal technique's dance with the devil... ok that sounds good actually... that will be between verse 3 and 4 but i still need a chorus/hook... i dont think it works for the entire song i might just split it in two but im having a bit of trouble thinking of a good hook/chorus how are these (Hook) Although I have problems and my life’s far from fine I thank you god for allowing me to shine (Chorus) Im a product of Brooklyn far from a crook I always thought I was a lot smarter than I look Your streets taught me everything I know and I thank you for showing me the way to go
How Do I Establish Credit During The Recession? I've been having a lot of trouble establishing credit, and its making things pretty hard for me and my wife. Its not that I would like to get a loan or use a credit card to live on or use for my expenses; its just the lack thereof prevents me from getting a home loan, a better apartment, or a new car if I ever decide I want one. We just got married and moved out on our own about 6 months ago, and the only apartment we could get due to my lack of credit requires so much of my paycheck that I barely have enough left for food. I don't currently have a car payment because, obviously, I simply can't afford it. We recently tried to buy a house and ended up paying for an appraisal on a house we weren't even able to get. Chase Manhattan, the *#$@%@$ bank that we were "approved" to get the loan from, had just recently changed its policy on Rural Development loans (the only program we could get approved for). Applicants must now have at least three credit references they have paid on for the past 12 months. So before I can try again, my best chances would be to establish a credit score. However, NO ONE will give me any credit whatsoever. Some things I've tried but were rejected due to LACK of credit history: * Wal-Mart Card * Sear's Card * Discover Card * Visa Card * Capital One Card * Shell Gasoline Card * Mortgage With My Own Bank * $1000 Loan With My Own Bank * $500 Loan With A Loan Company * $300 Loan With World Finance (Who Advertises They Can Help You Establish Credit) Even the loan officers at the companies I've tried have been stumped on how I can establish credit, including the mortgage company that screwed me over on the appraisal. Before anyone mentions it, no I don't own a cell phone nor can I afford one considering I have no one to talk to on it. So how do I establish credit? Its obviously impossible for me to ever buy a house, but at the very least I would like to qualify for a better deal on an apartment. It seems every company in the US has shut its doors to anyone in my position, and I've never even been late on a payment. Its not that I don't want a credit card; I would love to have one so I could casually pay for this and that, then pay it back at the end of the month. Its just that there are no companies willing to give me the chance. A $500 pre-paid card isn't an option either; I don't have any money like that, and I'm lucky to break even after the bills are paid due to my outrageous rent. Just a couple of add-on facts: 1. I went through a local mortgage company that sets up mortgages but doesn't give you the money themselves. I got the approval letter from them, but supposedly they didn't know that Chase, the actual money lender, had changed their policies. 2. When I was pre-approved, they looked at my credit history. If I was pre-qualified, they wouldn't have. There is a lot of argument over which is which, but I was in the right here. 3. If I get a loan I plan to use the money I get to pay it back, leaving me only the expense of the interest. This would build credit. 4. If I get a card, I plan to use it for my every day expenses here and there, again leaving me only out the extra interest. And, I am NOT only going to pay the minimum payment as that is what causes so much trouble. 5. I've been researching the hell out of this. How do I get credit without applying? Just apply once every two years?
Recurring dream - angry cows? In faith Tim (my husband) and I move to this new town. Right before the move I had four girlfriends that decided to move to the same town but did not have the finances to move. Tim told me to take them with me and then he would come behind shortly. When we got there they had to move into our home. I have been having this dream for a week – every time I go to sleep Sometimes Tim has made it and we are together but most of the times it me and these women. The women seem to change sometimes they are my biological sisters, but most times they are women that I do not know – except today – two of the women were my sister Taydah and my cousin Justine. In this time – at no times in particular – these wild cows run through this time. If they catch you they will kill you. You never know when they are going to come so you either have to stay in side all the time or be prepared. Every time that the cows have chased me I have made it to safety – me and anyone who is with me at that time. Our home is near the highway in a row of hundreds of homes. But when the cows are loose all of my neighbors that make it home lock their doors and do not let anyone in. They even allow people to die on their doorsteps. Today- the dream was particularly terrifying. Before the cow chase some ladies in my town had brought clothes to help the women that we had taken in. These clothes were of amazing quality. But nothing was intended for me. At first I was not bothered when I realized that they had nothing for me – then there was a beautiful flowing dress that I wanted and they instead gave it to my cousin Justine. As the ladies prepared to leave we asked about directions to downtown (which a man had told us previously was Oriole street but we doubted him) Then the women said that it was Oriole street and told us how to get there. Told us of a bus service that ran – I had all the money needed to take the bus but .25 – and the lady told me she couldn’t give me her .25 because she would need it for the bus the next day. The ladies left and we went outside to gather fruits from the roadside. I felt the cows coming and started heading home – me and one of the women with me. We made it inside but two of the other women were outside and trapped in between two cows – and the cows started spearing them with their horns – I went out on the porch and started throwing things at the cows to distract – just long enough to get the women inside. There were more cows and more people running than normal. There were babies running around who had gotten separated from their mothers. Some of the babies did not speak English so I had to speak their language to bring them to safety. The cows were getting in the house and chasing the people back outside and killing them. I started telling them to stay in the rooms that I place them in. lock the doors because until I get back. Do not open the doors for anyone including me. There were a lot of Spanish speaking families running today. The cows were particularly aggressive. They seemed bent on killing more today. There were a lot of babies unattended. I got them all into safe rooms and locked the doors. There was an entire family and most of the members were wounded. I got them all in screaming commands in Spanish for them to move on my command. The mother, the babies and the sons were there but I couldn’t find the father. They said that he was too hurt to move him. I opened the door and the cows were headed for him and I dragged him in the room and locked us in. I woke up terrified. The other days that I dreamed this it didn’t seem as intense or as serious. But today I felt a warning – take this attack seriously or die.

How does a 19 year old get approved for a mortgage? I just turned 19 and i am thinking about buying a condo or a starter home. i live in las vegas and I've been looking at property's out her there's allot of homes under 85,000, or condos around 60,000 and i was wondering how i would be able to get approved for a loan. I recently payed off my car loan that i got a couple weeks after my 18th birthday. the loan was for 8000 at 5.9 % and i financed it by my self with no help. my credit score, according to my bank is 720. i have a wells fargo credit card with a limit of 4900, a chase card with a limit of 3000 and another card with a limit of 2700 so i have some established credit. i make about 1500 a month with no debt. i have about 5,000 saved up and i might be able to get some money from my grandparents
Will the person who embraces these "values" truly represent ALL Americans? If you plan to vote for Obama, you need to be aware of his value system...the core of his being. Here is the Black Value System that, as a member for 20+ years of the Trinity Church, Obama upholds: Trinity United Church of Christ adopted the Black Value System, written by the Manford Byrd Recognition Committee, chaired by the late Vallmer Jordan in 1981. These Black Ethics must be taught and exemplified in homes, churches, nurseries and schools, wherever Blacks are gathered. They consist of the following concepts: Commitment to God. “The God of our weary years” will give us the strength to give up prayerful passivism and become Black Christian Activists, soldiers for Black freedom and the dignity of all humankind. Commitment to the Black Community. The highest level of achievement for any Black person must be a contribution of strength and continuity of the Black Community. Commitment to the Black Family. The Black family circle must generate strength, stability and love, despite the uncertainty of externals, because these characteristics are required if the developing person is to withstand warping by our racist competitive society. Those Blacks who are blessed with membership in a strong family unit must reach out and expand that blessing to the less fortunate. Dedication to the Pursuit of Education. We must forswear anti-intellectualism. Continued survival demands that each Black person be developed to the utmost of his/her mental potential despite the inadequacies of the formal education process. “Real education” fosters understanding of ourselves as well as every aspect of our environment. Also, it develops within us the ability to fashion concepts and tools for better utilization of our resources, and more effective solutions to our problems. Since the majority of Blacks have been denied such learning, Black Education must include elements that produce high school graduates with marketable skills, a trade or qualifications for apprenticeships, or proper preparation for college. Basic education for all Blacks should include Mathematics, Science, Logic, General Semantics, Participative Politics, Economics and Finance, and the Care and Nurture of Black minds. Dedication to the Pursuit of Excellence. To the extent that we individually reach for, even strain for excellence, we increase, geometrically, the value and resourcefulness of the Black Community. We must recognize the relativity of one’s best; this year’s best can be bettered next year. Such is the language of growth and development. We must seek to excel in every endeavor. Adherence to the Black Work Ethic. “It is becoming harder to find qualified people to work in Chicago.” Whether this is true or not, it represents one of the many reasons given by businesses and industries for deserting the Chicago area. We must realize that a location with good facilities, adequate transportation and a reputation for producing skilled workers will attract industry. We are in competition with other cities, states and nations for jobs. High productivity must be a goal of the Black workforce. Commitment to Self-Discipline and Self-Respect. To accomplish anything worthwhile requires self-discipline. We must be a community of self-disciplined persons if we are to actualize and utilize our own human resources, instead of perpetually submitting to exploitation by others. Self-discipline, coupled with a respect for self, will enable each of us to be an instrument of Black Progress and a model for Black Youth. Disavowal of the Pursuit of “Middleclassness.” Classic methodology on control of captives teaches that captors must be able to identify the “talented tenth” of those subjugated, especially those who show promise of providing the kind of leadership that might threaten the captor’s control. Those so identified are separated from the rest of the people by: Killing them off directly, and/or fostering a social system that encourages them to kill off one another. Placing them in concentration camps, and/or structuring an economic environment that induces captive youth to fill the jails and prisons. Seducing them into a socioeconomic class system which, while training them to earn more dollars, hypnotizes them into believing they are better than others and teaches them to think in terms of “we” and “they” instead of “us.” So, while it is permissible to chase “middleclassness” with all our might, we must avoid the third separation method – the psychological entrapment of Black “middleclassness.” If we avoid this snare, we will also diminish our “voluntary” contributions to methods A and B. And more importantly, Black people no longer will be deprived of their birthright: the leadership, resourcefulness and example of their own talented persons. Pledge to Make the Fruits of All Developing and Acquired Skills Available to the Black Community. Pledge to Allocate Regularly, a Portion of Person I can understand why Obamabots would report this...wouldn't want anybody to read the truth. And to the brainiack that believes I actually wrote this? lol lol http://www.theobamafile.com/_exhibits/BlackValueSystem.mht Ethel M - bless you dear. This entire excerpt came directly from the Trinity Church that Obama attends. Lydia - you're so right! It's like those people that are following their leader right to their end - literally!...zombies...no sense of self-preservation. Scary that they will take down the rest of America with them, huh? murphdog - thanks for the advice. I know you mean well, but I read a newspaper every single day. Even though it's full of left-wing propoganda, it gives me both sides of the picture and reminds me of the beautiful freedom we have in America - to have a difference of opinion and still be Americans. I wish we could get back to the mindset that we are all one people, however, reading the above black theology propoganda has made me realize that the black community that buys into these "values" is separating themselves from the rest of Americans. They can damm white America all they want to, that will not bring our country together. Obama has a 20+ year history with these people.
Is it wrong for my to be planning on leaving my husband but still pretending all is fine until then? ? Me and my husband have been married for 7 years. We got married and pregnant when i was 16. Everything was good for the first year or two then it all changed, he tells me where i can and cant go, who i can and cant associate with, what i can and cant do, etc!! And when i finally do stand up for myself and decide im just gonna do whatever it is i wanna do, he figures out a way to mess it up..such as we don't have the money or the truck needs an oil change or its going to blow up. He does not want me to go visit my family whatsoever he says its pointless to waste time and money going to visit, they only live an hour from us! Same thing with friends, he always has an excuse for me not to go do what i want. And finances..we both usually work, my money goes on bills and his money goes in a savings account which he says is for hard times...but when he wants something you can guarantee he'll go get money out of it for what he wants..but if i want something its no we dont have the money for that or thats stupid theres no since in buying that. He shoots my hopes and dreams down with the same story thats stupid and a waste of time, like i want to go back to school to be a respiratory therapist..he says we cant afford that and college is stupid no one ever uses there degree anyway. Its just that everything i want to do or dream he says its stupid or comes up with a reason why i cant!! Ok now for some good about him. He is a great father to our two wonderful kids and sometimes he is an awesome husband but it seems thats only the case when im obeying his every command. If he would just be the controlling person that he is all the time instead of having those nice spells it would be easy to leave, but i think thats exactly how he thinks about it to..i can control her all i want and when i know shes about to blow i be nice and it calms her down. Recently my place of employement shut down and i want to get right back to it and find me a job, he says that women arent supossed to work and that i should just stay home. Anyways i have decided that the only way im ever gonna be happy is to leave and make my own way where i can chase my hopes and dreams. I dont want my kids to grow up and think that its ok to do this to someone or let someone do this to them ya know, i think it would be better for all of us. I have decided to wait until after the holidays to leave and that way i have time to save alil money and figure out where im gonna go and not ruin the holidays for my kids. But sitting here day after day pretending everythings normal, i feel guilty like if im planning on leaving i at least owe him to tell him that....am i doing the right thing? Am i over exaggerating on feeling controlled? What if i get out on my own and im scared to death? Uhh someone help me please??? Thank you for any and all advice, Me
What's the big deal about credit cards? Why does everyone hate them? Sure, credit cards can do a lot of immoral things to people, but it is mainly the consumers fault for failing to understand what they are getting themselves into. Anyways, Im just tired of hearing all the crap about people losing their homes and crying about it, people paying everything on credit and carrying the balance, people making stupid decisions and blaming it all on someone else. I mean seriously, yes its wrong and crooked for companies to do some things like subprime loans, but what kind of idiot that makes 60,000 takes out an ARM worth 600,000. fucking retard. anyways, i just wanted to vent. thanks to whever reads this. oh yea, and to everyone that is scared to accept a credit card, and scared about inquiries. inform yourself. i will gladly accept any credit card that will raise my credit availability. inquiries only negatively hurt your credit for a few months. the long term effects of high credit availability with no debt will make my score soar. inform yourselves people.
